Should have mentioned ice water in the title. Ice usually requires a compressor to produce (in the summer). Another alternative approach would be to dig a 4 or 5 foot deep hole. Bury the copper tubing in the hole pumping the water into the tubing underground. The water will cool to around 55 degrees. Your water pump and fan will make a ground source heat exchange which can be used to cool your home or heat it in the winter.
