It sure Does ashrith….I do believe there is A Video that gigafide did about how to do this with camtasia…..Or maybe im thinking of something else…either way….when you produce the Video select the drop down Panel in the Window that comes up and select 1280x 728 HD Setting That Should Be what you are looking for…..Hope this helps!

You can also use MediaCoder to Convert the videos to HD.
Format Factory is also capable of making a video HD.
