I am having the same problem.
"Every time I try to add media files I get this message:
Wax performed an illegal operation

Information about the exception is stored in the files
“C:\WaxCrash.txt” and
“C:\WaxCrash.dmp”

Please zip the files..blah blah blah

I even changed it to run in XP (I am running Vista), but I still get this
message. Anyone else having this problem?!"
I have downloaded without the extras just like in the video.

Looks like a great program if I can ever use it.
