Hi, my name is James and i am a big fan of your videos and i was wondering if you could help i tried to do the tracert command to another computer on my net work and it just says request timed out all 30 times, and even if i have the ipaddress it still times out and i was trying to do a shutdown command from my computer using this and it just freezes and did work, please help

If you ping the site, you get the final ip adress too.
BTW, they changed adress of the tracer:
http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/
